TERMS OF SERVICE:

Bell Holistic Center is dedicated to provide a professional opinion and guidance in natural holistic therapies. Our offices operate as a private institution without any affiliation to any other healthcare provider and/or Insurance provider. We provide alternative holistic therapies to better help our clients reach their health and life style goals, the services we provide DOES NOT replace the treatment of a licensed medical Physician. All of our practitioners work with the appropriate certifications and limitations their professional license sets forth. All of our staff is licensed in the state of California under the International Association of Natural Health Counselors. All of the information shared is based on our experience and professional training and should not be considered medical advice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to respect the time of each of our clients we request that any cancellation be made a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. This will ensure that if there is another person on a waitlist they can take the time. If the client does not cancel with a minimum 24 hr advance notice, there will be a $25 cancellation fee added to their follow up session.

MEMBERSHIPS:

Our membership are designed to provide discounts and access to special services to all of our clients. In order to take advantage of these benefits your membership must be active and in good standing. Any changes to the billing and or cancellation/ Activation of Memberships is solely the responsibility of each member. We do not have direct access to billing information in order to protect privacy. GOLD and DIAMOND memberships can be activated and cancelled anytime to gain access to the member portal. MIND & BODY memberships reset every month, there is no accumulation of therapies and any remaining time will be reset every billing cycle. Sessions and discounts can only be used by the Membership holder. Any changes to the account holder for a particular membership should be notified to Bell Holistic Center in order to make the adequate changes. Changes to the price, limits, time and discounts for the memberships can be changed at anytime by Bell Holistic Center. We will provide written notice a minimum of 1 month prior for any price changes.

LIMITS OF SERVICES:

Bell Holistic Center and its therapist cannot provide a diagnosis and or evaluations/assessments for Insurance claims, Court cases, Immigration services, Educational institutions, and or for any official capacity. Bell Holistic Center is not an emergency mental health agency and does not provide medical assistance. Bell Holistic Center inc. has the right to refuse service to anyone. All of our recommendations are provided in good faith and should not be taken as medical advice and or should not replace medical treatment. Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet and or lifestyle.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final and any refund is at the direct discretion of Bell Holistic center and will be refunded as credit for services.
